Jacob is a Mechanical Engineer with multidisciplinary experience in the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical systems across the automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial sectors. His technical background includes part and component design, automotive system testing, and advanced simulation work, with a particular focus on nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis (FEA) and failure investigation. Jacob is proficient in engineering software such as SolidWorks and has also contributed to aircraft impact analysis and structural vulnerability assessments. In his current role as a QA/QC Manager on MBTA projects, he supports initiatives focused on structural protection, risk mitigation, and compliance testing.
