Gary is a Senior Estimator and Heavy Civil Construction Specialist at Reliance Engineers, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the planning, estimating, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. His background spans the highway, rail, transit, and airport sectors, with expertise in both public and private delivery models including design-bid-build, design-build, joint ventures, CMGC, and P3 procurement.

Gary has served as Project Manager and Chief Estimator on major civil works projects valued up to $500 million, with a strong focus on multi-span bridges, deep foundations, MSE walls, roadway and airport paving, SOE systems, utility coordination, rail infrastructure, and demolition. His deep understanding of construction methods and sequencing, coupled with his cost engineering background, allows him to deliver competitive, accurate, and technically sound project bids.

Notable projects include the Walk Bridge Replacement in Norwalk, CT for CTDOT, the Niantic Boardwalk Reconstruction in Niantic, CT, and the Amtrak New Haven–Springfield Rail Corridor Upgrades in the greater Hartford area. Gary’s ability to navigate complex project requirements and lead multidisciplinary teams has made him a trusted contributor to successful project delivery across the Northeast.
