Over his more than 40 years of experience, Anthony Lancellotti has served in multiple roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), prior to joining Reliance. As National Director of Technical Excellence Centers, he was responsible for the operations and staffing of six PB Technical Excellence Centers comprising a staff of over 800 professionals covering the specialty technical disciplines of transit and rail, project controls, complex bridge structures, geotechnical and tunneling, water, and environmental. As president of PB Canada, he was responsible for executing projects in that country and pursuing new business development opportunities. He served as the principal-in-charge of three program management contracts for the Toronto Transit Commission totaling $90 million in design fees. Under these contracts, PB, as part of a tri-venture, is responsible for the implementation of seven new light rail transit lines, the extension of the existing Scarborough line, and the provision of five new maintenance and storage facilities. Mr. Lancellotti is a structural engineer with a technical specialty in the design of immersed tube tunnels. He has applied his expertise to some of the nation’s most complex tunneling projects. This includes Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel Project, where he oversaw more than 300 engineers, planners, and architects.
