Anthony R. Lancellotti, PE

Principal Engineer, Tunnel & Structural Engineering, and Project Management

Anthony Lancellotti brings over 40 years of experience in transportation infrastructure, program management, and complex tunneling projects, with a distinguished career at Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) prior to joining Reliance Engineers.

As National Director of Technical Excellence Centers at PB, Mr. Lancellotti oversaw the operations and staffing of six national centers comprising more than 800 professionals across key technical disciplines, including transit and rail, project controls, complex bridge structures, geotechnical and tunneling, water resources, and environmental engineering.

In his role as President of PB Canada, he was responsible for executing major infrastructure projects and leading business development efforts across the country. Notably, he served as Principal-in-Charge for three program management contracts with the Toronto Transit Commission, representing over $90 million in design fees. Under these contracts, PB (as part of a tri-venture) managed the implementation of seven new light rail transit lines, the extension of the Scarborough Line, and the development of five new maintenance and storage facilities.

A structural engineer by training, Mr. Lancellotti has a technical specialty in the design of immersed tube tunnels and has applied his expertise to some of the most complex tunneling projects in North America. This includes his leadership role on Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel Project, where he directed a multidisciplinary team of over 300 engineers, planners, and architects on one of the most ambitious urban infrastructure undertakings in U.S. history.
