Description of Services
Reliance Engineers was responsible for the geotechnical scope supporting the development of a new 25-acre (10-hectare) container storage terminal. This included the planning and coordination of subsurface field investigations, with borehole drilling and laboratory testing carried out to evaluate soil conditions across the proposed site.
Detailed slope stability and settlement analyses were performed to assess ground behavior under loading from heavy container stacks and associated infrastructure. The results informed site grading, earthwork design, and ground improvement considerations. A comprehensive geotechnical report was prepared, summarizing the investigation findings and providing foundation and site preparation recommendations tailored to support long-term terminal operations.
